A commercial project, involving the total reconfiguration of an existing 6 storey office building.  Louisa produced a full detailed design and liaised closely with a Design and Build contractor to overhaul this large office building.  

A new entrance was central to the design, reconfigured from a small dark area accessed up a flight of external steps into a large open plan area with a new floor lowered to street level; complete with high ceiling, reception, meeting area, disabled lift access and FM facilities. The project included the design of new WC & shower facilities and fully designed and coordinated exposed M&E over all 6 floors. Louisa delivered a broad range of design services which included the design of bespoke light fittings and joinery as well as the specification of furniture, lighting and materials throughout.
